I voted!

Today is the day of the primaries in California...and today was the first time that I have been able to vote for President! :) How exciting! Of course I voted for President George W. Bush! :) So exciting...the little things in life are truly what bring joy!

On a not so joyous note...I think I am about to get bronchitus. I, along with my father, get it nearly every year...last year I didn't get it...and I feel like I am about to get it...so please pray for me, if you would. I really don't want to get this at all, not only for my health's sake but also because Mike is coming next week and I don't want to get him sick, nor do I want to be sick because I will not be my usual self...oh well...God is the great healer...

It is going to pour again tonight, with really heavy winds. I am really tired of the rain--though I am grateful! Los Angeles needs water desperately...we just have had too much in the past two weeks!
