Thoughts on Israel...
As a native Californian, I am very familiar with earthquakes. Pressure builds along the fault, the tectonic plates rub against each other, creating friction, pressure and tension, until finally the pressure just has to be released in the form of an earthquake. After that, things are peaceful--for an indefinite period of time.
That's the analogy that came to mind over the past 24 hours as I read about Israel/Lebanon...I think the pressure became too much for anyone to handle, and it had to be released...
...but I don't like this...it is amazing to watch this all happen, as this is something that I have been studying for the past few months...
We knew it would happen, but I didn't expect it this week...
